How do you ship?
We use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, typically the small box, which will hold A LOT of pendants ($5.20 for the one box). Larger orders or larger items will be shipped using the USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail medium box, or rarely the large box.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Dylan Blue pendant. We accept returns on non-customized pendants. Item must shipped back in original condition, box included, within three days of receipt. Your money will be refunded via PayPal. Return shipping to us is not refunded.
What if I want to order more of a particular design than is listed as available?
Very easy! Email us at [email protected] - copy and paste the link to the product page so we know exactly which pendant you like and how many you would like. Please include your PayPal email address so that we may send you an invoice for the total amount. Once funds are received, John will handcraft the items you've requested and they will be shipped to you. Because this is something of a custom order, please allow at least one week for your items to be shipped.
